Meet the Founder
Tiffany Mack
Founder & Principal, Over Work · Founder, Capacity
Tiffany Mack is a Certified Coach and Brand Strategist with two decades of experience in marketing, professional development, and education. Her career spans an unusually complete arc through the learning landscape — from the classroom to teacher training to marketing leadership across multiple learning platforms and talent agencies.
She has executed corporate initiatives that met acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue goals — overseeing multi-million-dollar growth several times over, with award-winning campaigns across several industry verticals. Throughout her career, she has worked with mission-driven organizations spanning cultural competence, community service, learning and development, and talent acquisition.
Tiffany holds a B.A.S. in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from George Mason University. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation — specializing in executive and leadership development, career management, strengths orientation, and leadership engagement and impact — with additional certificates in Personal Branding and Brand Management.
